ah this is a big joke. my dad left for perth today and i only found out like 5mins ago.

mom: mel, set the alarm

me: but dad isn't home yet

mom: oh, dad's in perth

me: o_O

ahh nowadays he's always traveling so often i just lose track of when and where he went. and sometimes it can get really embarrassing....

me: *calls* hello dad? where are you now? can you come and pick me up?

dad: nope, im in hong kong

WOOPS.

sigh...but look on the bright side: accumulation of miles everytime he travels = can redeem free miles for our holidays + can use the lounge in the airport! ohman the lounge is really cool k. they've got WINE and SOFT DRINKS and FRUIT DRINKS and SOUP and FINGER FOOD and ICE CREAM. and the best part of it: ITS ALL FREE! hoho. seriously rocks man. oh and the cool thing is its international! which means in the US airport they serve STEAK and in the japan airport they serve SASHIMI *faints*

ah we had some financial planning talk during cle today. i have yet to find out how much my parents have in their accounts. tried asking casually but of course my mom refused to tell me. so i tried asking for her monthly interest (then can divide by 1.8 x100!) but obviously she didn't fall for it. HEH. aiya im not really interested...im just...curious! okay they're both the same. nvm.
